Wash and cut up all the vegetavles
Place saucepan on the hot stove and eat up the oil
Add the onions and fry until golden brown
Add curry powder, mix a little and add the tomatoes immediately
Add the black pepper and salt, and mix well
Cover the saucepan and cook the tomatoes until the sauce thickens for 15 minutes
Keep checking and mixing to prevent the sauce sticking to the bottom of the pan and burning
Add the meat, mix well and cover
Allow it to cook in the tomato sauce for 30 minutes
Check and mix
Once sauce has thickened, add two cups of hot boiled water
Cover and cook for a further 30 minutes
Add all the vegetables and cook for 15 minutes
Mix and simmer for 15 minutes
Serve with your boiled sweet potatoes and favourite vegetable such as malakwang
