Simple Healthy Steamed Cabbage Recipe
Steamed cabbage is an excellent way of eating healthy and reducing weight as you don't need to add any oil. The vegetable stock is what makes it even more tasty. I discovered this recipe by default. As I had run out of onions, I still wanted to make the cabbage taste nice. So I decided to add the vegetable stock and the result was amazing! Cabbage naturally contains a lot of water so, no need to add water but you must control the temperature well and keep mixing often to burning it.

- ½ Cabbage
- ½ tsp salt
- A pinch of ground pepper
- 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
Cooking
Place cabbage in the saucepan and cook for 10
Do not add any water to the cabbage
Add the black pepper, salt and vegetable stock powder and mix well
Cover the saucepan and cook for 5 more minutes
Turn the fire off and serve either with rice or potatoes
Good as a side dish with roasted chicken and rice
