Preparation
- Chop up the cabbage
- Wash and drain water off completely
Cooking
- Place cabbage in the saucepan and cook for 10
- Do not add any water to the cabbage
- Add the black pepper, salt and vegetable stock powder and mix well
- Cover the saucepan and cook for 5 more minutes
- Turn the fire off and serve either with rice or potatoes
- Good as a side dish with roasted chicken and rice
