- Grease the tray

Making The Sesame Snaps
- Add sugar in the pan and allow it caramelise for about 3 minutes
- Mix it constantly with wooden spoon until the caramel turns golden
- Add sesame and mix is fast until it clamps together
- Scoop it out onto a large tray, spread out and pat in down quickly with a fish slice
- Cut them into desired shapes
- Allow it to cool down for 5 minutes, before serving especially to children
