Easy Cubed Potato Chips Recipe
These cubed potato recipe is such a fun way of enjoying potato chips. I started making it for my family when I wanted something unique and fun to eat. The children loved it and found it interesting. It also takes a shorter time to fry them.
Equipment
- 1 Chopping board
- 1 Knife
- 1 Tray
- 1 Frying pan
- 1 Metal Skimmer Spoon For taking out the chips
- 1 Sieve For draining out the oil
- Kitchen tissue For absorbing the oil
- 1 Large bowl For the fried chips
Ingredients
- 2 kg potatoes
Instructions
- Pour 1 litre of cooking oil into a large frying pan
- Allow it to heat up well
- Drop one cube of the potato into the hot oil to see if sizzles
- Add the rest of the potato chips
- Put kitchen tissue in the large bowl
- Fry until they turn golden brown
- Scoop out the chips with the metal skimmer and pour into the large bowl
- Dub out the extra oil from the top with kitchen
- Serve with your favourite fried meat and salad
