Maize Meal Porridge | Easy Breakfast (Popular Ugandan Staple)
Maize meal is another porridge I grew up eating for breakfast. Most mothers use it for weaning their babies from breast milk. I too used it for my babies also, therefore, they grew up enjoying it from that early age. Now that they are grown up, they still enjoy it once in a while as a great alternative to oats porridge. It's a good easy family breakfast. We hope you will find the recipe useful.
